Effective date: July 7, 2026
MindShift Studios LLC (“MindShift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing services for health and longevity brands, including SEO, paid advertising, conversion optimization, and brand strategy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through mindshiftstudios.com (the “Site”) and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, email us, or become a client, we collect the information you provide. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and anything you tell us about your business and goals. If you become a client, we also collect billing information and the details needed to deliver our services.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on the Site, referring URLs, and general location (city or region level). We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described in Section 5.
Information from other sources. If you engage with us as a client or prospect, we may supplement what you provide with publicly available business information, such as your company website, social media profiles, and search and analytics data relevant to the work.
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule the calls you book with us
- Provide, manage, and improve our services for clients
- Send our newsletter and other marketing communications you have signed up for
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it more useful
- Advertise our services, including measuring the performance of our own campaigns
- Bill for services, keep business records, and enforce our agreements
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (when we provide services you have requested), our legitimate interests (running and promoting our business in ways you would reasonably expect), your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management platform, form and scheduling tools, email delivery services, analytics providers, and payment processors. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Advertising platforms, in limited form (such as hashed identifiers or cookie data), to measure and improve our own advertising. You can opt out of this as described in Section 5.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers, and insurers, where necessary.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, protect our rights, or investigate fraud or security issues.
- A successor business, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will notify you of any change in ownership that affects your personal information.
4. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above. In practice: inquiry and prospect records are kept while we have an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterward; client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes; newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to process your request. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
- Essential — making the Site and its forms work. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — understanding how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are read most). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Advertising — measuring our own ad campaigns and showing our ads to people who have visited the Site.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info (https://optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org (https://optout.networkadvertising.org). Blocking some cookie types may affect how the Site works.
6. Email and text communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise opt in to marketing, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us at the address below. If you have provided your phone number and consented to text messages, you can opt out by replying STOP. We will still send non-marketing messages related to services you have requested, such as booking confirmations.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and reputable service providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@mindshiftstudios.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not handled your information properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. International visitors
MindShift Studios LLC is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored on servers in the United States. If you visit the Site from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and platforms, including social media. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice, such as a note on the Site or an email to subscribers. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
