As the Sales and Account Manager at Metamend, a digital marketing agency, I am responsible for defining target audiences, creating outbound marketing and sales strategies, nurturing prospect relationships, closing sales deals, and ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

I have four years of experience in sales and digital marketing, including time at a PR agency, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria, where I specialized in International Business and completed an exchange program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. I also have an entrepreneurial mindset; I started my own commercial/residential exterior cleaning service in 2017 and have had many successful seasons.

I enjoy working with clients from different verticals and understanding how I can create value for their unique business needs. I communicate effectively and persuasively, and I always seek to underpromise and overdeliver. My goal is to build lasting relationships with clients and to help them grow their online presence and reach.
